Liz came and gave me the most gorgeous treatment in my own home. She brought this amazing gravity chair and I just floated away whilst she worked her magic. At the end of the treatment. I felt it had only been about 30 mins, but it has been an hour, so must have had a little snooze somewhere!

The sessions were incredibly relaxing, I ended up falling asleep most times, and I was absolutely fascinated by the correlation between the points on my feet and the impact on the related body part. Reflexology is a wonderful experience especially if you have an excellent, knowledgeable therapist. Liz is a great therapist and you end your treatment feeling like you have had a a complete reflexology workout. You are completely relaxed and Liz finds those areas that need working on and you come away feeling like she has really worked hard on areas that she has identified need treatment.
